We are retained by leading institutional fund managers to undertake their development work, allowing them to focus on their core business of funds management and leverage our project and development experience.
Project Assembly and Transaction Assembly
We have been retained by private capital and non-property clients to source land, obtain DA approvals, source occupancy and arrange construction and institutional capital take-outs. Major property institutions have also retained us to lead major government bids.
End-to-End Project Management Services
As our client base expands our clients are asking for further involvement in their projects. This part of our business is in its infancy as we are evolving to provide conversion and delivery PM services. Our DM and PM capability is currently being deployed for a major fund manager in Australia to support their projects.
